Please review the guidelines below before submitting your inquiry.
Starting Price & Final Pricing
- Custom pieces start at $250, with final pricing depending on design complexity, materials, and labor.
- The frequency and duration of meetings will influence the final price of the commissioned piece.
- Final pricing may fluctuate by up to ±15% from the original estimate depending on final design details, the number of revision requests, material sourcing, and production requirements.
Final Payment & Collection
- The remaining balance must be paid in full within 14 days of notification that your piece is complete in order to claim it.
- If final payment is not received within this timeframe and no prior arrangement has been made, I reserve the right to recycle, repurpose, or resell the piece at my discretion.
- In this case, the initial deposit remains non-refundable.
Inquiry Review & Design Deposit
- Submitting an inquiry form includes a free project review and quote.
- If your project is accepted, a non-refundable $250 design deposit is required to begin the concept phase consultation for commissions quoted under $500.
- The concept phase consultation deposit will be credited toward your final invoice.
- The concept phase consultations are non-cancellable. However, you may reschedule your consultation up to 2 times, any third reschedule request will be denied, the project will be considered closed, and a new consultation fee/deposit will be required to reopen or restart the project.
- The reschedule notice should be provided at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, the consultation fees are non-refundable.
Private Design Consultation
- For clients who need additional guidance before moving forward before committing to a deposit, I also offer private design consultation, starting at $75 for a 30-minute virtual session.
- This fee will be credited toward your project if booked and pay the remaining deposit balance within 10 days.
- This option is best suited for clients who would like support refining their idea before entering the design/production phase.
- The private design consultations are non-cancellable. However, you may reschedule your consultation up to 2 times, any third reschedule request will be denied, the project will be considered closed, and a new consultation fee/deposit will be required to reopen or restart the project.
- The reschedule notice should be provided at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, the consultation fees are non-refundable.
Revisions & Adjustments
- One round of concept feedback and update is included after the initial concept stage.
- Up to 3 small adjustments are included at no additional cost.
- Additional revision rounds may be billed at minimum of $30.
Production Limitations
- No major revisions are possible once fabrication has begun.
- Due to the handcrafted and organic nature of each piece, revisions are intentionally limited.
Design Direction
- I do not recreate existing designs by other artists or copy another artist’s work.
- Inspiration images and mood boards are welcome as reference, however all custom pieces are created through my design language and artistic direction to help bring your vision to life.
Handcrafted Process
- Each piece is made by hand.
- Minor adjustments are possible during the concept stage.
- Once production begins, major design changes are not available.
Timeline & Rush Orders
- Timelines vary by project.
- Most custom commissions take approximately 7–14 business days, though some projects may require additional time depending on complexity and scope.
- If you have a specific deadline, please include it in your inquiry form.
- Rush orders may not always be available and may be subject to an additional rush fee.
