Repair Services

We offer repair services for all our customers to ensure the longevity of your jewelry.
Repairs are available for a small fee, depending on the extent of the damage.
Before proceeding, we will assess whether restoration is possible and provide you with a detailed repair quote.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to send items for repair and for their return shipment.

Customization

In most cases, we can customize our jewelry to fit your specifications. For example, adjusting the length of necklaces or bracelets, or sizing a ring up or down.

Because all our pieces are handmade, customization options are limited and subject to approval. Additional charges will apply and production time may vary. Not all jewelry can be customized.

If you have a specific idea, you can place a custom order to have a piece made just for you, rather than modifying an existing item.
